Thibault rack and Givi V35 and CORBIN Saddle

Has anyone mounted both the Thibault rack and Givi V35 and a Corbin 2 piece saddle?
Want to ensure they would work together.

I have the Thibault rack but not the Corbin saddle. I can get a close pic of the rack mount under the seat when I get home if it would help any.

A picture of the mount would be greart. Shawn told me that the clearance required for the bracket is very thin.

How about with the Russell Day-long saddle? I'm looking at both the Corbin and the Russell.
