Where is this one at?
Are you aware of the "Tower of Tears" ( name they were going to call it a couple years ago) over at Bayonne, NJ on the old mil dock area? Going to it at the time, looked you were going off the face of the earth, but is well worth the trip. It is to remember 9/11 and i think the Russians gave it to us.

this is at ceder beach out on long island it had been there for years and i never knew it. when my friend from the UK came by today to say hi my riding buddy told me about it so i took him there to see it
