Can someone give me a phone number and a person to contact someone at BRP to talk to them about my windshield arm? Broke my second arm and was told by the dealer they will not warranty it because my bike has over 25,000. They replaced the whole unit with the arm and motor about 5,000 miles ago. My dealer also said that BRP is trying to blame the different tires people have put on the bikes. I still have the kenda on mine.

Someone will come on with a number and procedure for you. Others have replaced a couple or more of the defective part under warranty. It is a know issue.

Tires the cause of the problem? Humbug!

Since when is the Spyder warranty mileage related? The windshield thing broke on my 2010 when I had over 40,000 miles on it and it was replaced under BEST extended warranty. Your dealer deserves a spanking.

:agree: . . . the warranty discusses years, not miles . . . dealer is blowing smoke, or just uninformed . . .

BRP figures aftermarket tires cause the windshield bracket to break, when they also break with OEM tires? That's funny.
