well we finally got around to working on the spyder....Mark fabbed a new and better heat shield to protect the master cylinder.....it's taller and will be more efficient.....he had and old stainless steel bbq pit laying around and cur the heat shield out of the lid ...if y'all can't see the pics...I'll go resize them and re-post https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10201331385904086&set=a.10201331278181393.1073741843.1156345097&type=1&theater

The engine light stays on there is no code what can I do to get the light off is it okay to drive thank you.

I hope it works but it sure is ashame you have to do all that work on a brand new Spyder! Be thankful you have someone that can do all that. Most Spyder owners are not so fortunate...

turn the key on...turn the key off...take key out...walk away for 20 or so feet 5 minutes.. come back to bike put key in and see if it works
