My issue really is finding the correct mount:( the ball it has is only 1/2" and every mount out there works with a 1". Am I over thinking this? I just want a simple mount on my handlebars... Help!!!! I'm leaving for the Killington Classic bike rally Labor Day weekend.

I have the 5" screen with my Magellan, 1/2" ball, but the Ram attachment will fit with the 1" ball mount, using the Gizmo mount with the Ram DBL socket arm and then the X-Mount, open the X-Mount to its fullest opening and slide the Magellan in from the side. Hope this helps, I'm still looking for the 1/2" setup but no luck yet, used the current 1" setup while in the cites this weekend and had no problem.

I used this mount along with the X mount on my handle bars 73579 I think in the picture it shows the 1/2" balls, mine came them.

I'll get moving here in a bit and take some pics of the real mount.
