I have a funeral to go to tomorrow for Dick, a friend of mine & an Ex-Marine. Late last year we had an argument over the way he handled the Toys For Tots program here in Fulton for the Marine Corps League. Hadn't talked to him since the argument. I knew he was fighting Cancer for the last time and that it wasn't going to be long before he passed. Guess this is a lesson for me to learn that I should have learned to many times before now. R.I.P Dick

Sorry for your loss.

GOOD friends are very hard to find.

:agree: But he still knew that you were friends throughout all of this; friends don't forget the important stuff.

Some times Friends take things to the grave, Seen it happen too many times...
Especially with families, Never time to say sorry, But always time to say good bye.:(

Bob, I believe you're a good man. You're friend has now earned his rest. In death, all is forgiven.

+1 on that. And there are no ex-Marines . . . just Marines who no longer wear the uniform. RIP, Marine.
