One thing to say 18.5 horsepower. :yikes: I don't think Can am has anything to worry about. Not a bad vehicle if your chained to a city though. Probably cheap to buy and run.

I went and checked out the website. They have LOTS of scooters. The model shown 300cc lists for $13,999 but their price is $5,999--but today--on sale for $4,098. They also have 50cc models for $1,599 or so. If anyone buys one, I would be interested to hear of the quality, etc. That red one in the video does look pretty neat though.

That first one, TBX300 might be a decent idea for in town, if it works, but the pricing makes me wonder a little????????
I bought a socket set several years ago, high quality, list price $99.00 (label in container). I paid S 2.95. I was out and needed to tighten a bolt. Not quite worth, what I paid for it.

What have we got here then, soccer mom's wet dream (because at 330lbs whats that? 1.5 Americans) and the other a 1980's (or further) throwback concept design by Mercedes Benz which help prove why there isn't actually a vehicle like that on the market, its a **** scary ride over 60, infact both of them are, and lets not pretend it doesn't happen, the automotive industry sure doesn't.

The scooter actually doesn't lean until you start to compress the shocks by moving both bike a rider body weight over the shock and if the shock is say at a variable rate it will be harder to lean as you increase the corner angle and have to move further off the seat to cater with decreasing radius turns. All sorts of woe that's why you cant use that suspension concept on a leaning bike. :yikes:

I wont go into much More than there are "rolling chassis" concept that have been experimented with to bring to market but they aren't their either with the same reasons, they are scary as all bat crap even just looking at them in an engineering sense I wouldn't ride them like the TvA was one being prototyped here in Australia.

Anyway, its always good to visit and re-visit all these things so people know the history, get the education and know the why when it comes to the technology they have at their fingertips and keys length! :thumbup:

This 3 wheeler is best use around parking lots and city as demonstrated. You'll never see a video demo on interstates hi ways. For $5000 is worth for city local roads. Would it be funny if somebody ride this at STUGIS:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:.

Thats the current iteration of the Tremoto K1000.

We had a decision to make to build a HD for Sturgis or to do the final proof of concept testing by doing the Pikes Peake rally and the Rally won out. And well since the bike proved itself better than we could ever of hoped for. Now we will build two more bikes up to production spec rather than say this naked look may be good to show off the engineering but doesn't really neaten up the package. Also these next two bikes will be two new models again that haven't been built before so by the end of this build program there will have been 5 different bikes built of which one will be mine.

The concept drawings are yet to be produced or approved by my local State roads authority in Australia which is required before I build and import the machine. When I get that far I intend to share the build details with people as we go along and mine will have an extra twist to it as well. But I will likely build 2-3 extra sets of front end fabricated components so people can request the same bike be built as customers after this build. Also by that time we hope to secure funding to at the very least outfit a small factory to begin limited production runs of models of the Tremoto system on commonly requested models of bikes or bigger and better than that depending on funds available for start up.

We considered the performance of the bike at Pikes Peake to be a tick in the proof of concept box as we just had the chief engineer rie it and on his run they were stopped half way up for a fire caused by a rolled quad and had to come back down to start again. Result was one quite tired rider trying to have a hard go on a course famed for throwing a rider off and through his run you can just see him getting more tired and making more mistakes yet the bike basically carries him up the course so we are well pleased.

Since I have spoken the most about the proof of concept I may as well post that video now and I'll post more about my bike as it gets approved. ;)
