Friday, I rode from Kearneysville WV to Woodbridge, VA (about 100 miles) to attend a Trike course taught by APEX Cycle Education ( http://apexcycleeducation.com/ ) A really HOT ride down, as there was a heat index of 110. We had classroom instruction Friday evening for three hours, then on Saturday and Sunday, did skill training and testing. I highly recommend the class for folks in the Metro DC vicinity. 7238672385
