Will using regular jumper cable and a car to jump my bike hurt the bike? My bike has been on a battery tender for most of the day and my bike is still dead. I miss a good riding day.

That's what the jumper points under the seat are for.

Just make sure the car engine is NOT running..... Also most tenders will not charge a dead battery, The battery has to have some charge in it for the tender to work... If the battery is completely dead you'll need a battery charger for that, leave it on just long enough to put a small charge in the battery for the tender to work..
