Having lived in that country for 14 years, i can honestly tell you, what is in this video, is nothing comparing to things that go on their roads on daily basis. The most reckless drivers I have ever seen on the road, and I have lived and worked in some odd countries, where rules don't exist on the road at all. Russia seems to beat them all!!!!

Unbelievable driving! Also what's with pedestrians just walking out onto a road full of traffic? Are they just asking for it or something?

. . . some odd countries, where rules don't exist on the road at all. . . .

I was amazed in Equador, where there didn't seem to be any rules, either, but it all seemed to work out. There, without much, if any traffic control, there was a lot of ad hoc cooperation. I never saw one accident.

In these Russian videos, I don't think traffic control laws would help. Those guys think they can defy the laws of physics!
