Here is a video of me cutting some parts on my plasma cutter and well you will have to see what I did wrong on my programming.

whatever it is you are cutting out they certainly look substantial.

Yes, that is 12 gauge steel so for a small part like that it is very strong. I should know better as long as I've been running my plasma table to go around the part I just cut to the starting point of the next part in case of a tip up. The plasma table is stepper driven so worst case the stepper stalls, in this case it just pushed the material over a bit.

Here is an earlier version of the same part hanging on the drying/storage rack.

I should have programmed the torch to go around the cut part in case of a tip up like it did. In this case it just pushed the material but could have stalled the stepper. Watch the last few seconds after the torch goes off and you will see it hit the tip up and push the stock.

well if you say so your eyes are better then most people in the world cause I just see it cut it out and it dropped ?? but thanks anyway
