Handlebar RAM Mount

I ordered a RAM Mount for my :ani29:. It's one that requires removal of a bolt from the handlebars. My question, when I replace the bolt with the one supplied with the mount, should I loc-tite it? If so, red or blue?

It never hurts to loc-tite it.
Use Blue
Red is designed for the permanent locking.
