No matter how fast of a machine I'm on; it can't outrun the shrieks of my Missus...

An FB-111A . . . it would do Mach 2+, but we didn't exceed 740 MPH since we were restricted from breaking the sound barrier on that flight . . . we got there in less than 30 seconds with full burners!;)

One of our F111F models came back from a run with the paint bubbled up on all leading edge surfaces and inside the intakes. We received a complaint from the British Ministry of Defense after they were contacted by a crew on a North Sea oil rig. Seems one of our jets broke all the widows in the rig structure and scared the :cus: out of the rig workers. Not to mention the Royal Navy Cruiser that was buzzed. Can't say what the computers showed as far as speed. But will say it was way over the + side of mach 2.
