Looks like you've been thoroughly welcomed and congratulated. :a18:

What do you mean by the engine is louder than you're used to? I thought mine had a lot of whining noise but I got a Hindle exhaust to help drown out that sound. ;D

Good luck and welcome!

I think maybe you should live with it for a while, and see if later you don't mind the sounds. Otherwise, I agree with bjt: get an aftermarket pipe--or a more insulated helmet!

The motor makes a lot of noise but it's all good. I have over 10K on mine with no issues. :doorag:

We have 23 motorcycles, including the Spyder. Each and every one has a different sound. Some even change the noise they make, as you ride, or they warm up. The first two minutes on a different one, you thing the devil is going top break loose down there. You worry like crazy. After that, you pretty much ignore it and ride. Engines and transmissions make noise. Different helmets change how you hear it, as do weather conditions. You will get used to it soon, and pay attention only to the drastic changes. I promise. Enjoy the Ryde.
