I just learned something unknown to myself. So I figure if I was a dummy I surely have company.

I got my iPad at Christmas by March I was tired of cleaning the glass twice a day.... Solution buy a stylus. Figured it to be a one time buy. The other day it went totally dead as in non functional. Went Internet searching and sure enough they go dead, deaf and stupid. HOw something with no moving parts, batteries or solar assets can just up and die amazes me.

Anyone ever experience such goings on???

RoRoger thanks for the RFID tip. I did not know that. Those RFID's just keep popping up every where you turn any more. Big brother is watching I guess but he is going be real bored watching me!

I bought this one a couple years ago

Still going strong. Works great. Has a lifetime warranty I believe. Expensive but worth it to me. They have a bunch to choose from.

If you order, consider putting my name as a referral

May not be for everyone. You have to get used to using it. It's used with a light touch on the screen.

"Imagine laying back in your favorite couch or arm-chair - pad or tablet in hand - with a long - light - feather between your fingers. Then imagine that feather - having the ability to activate anything you touch - by caressing the tip ever so lightly on the screen - and it opens. This means to you - NO MORE JABBING!!"

News to me. Thanks for the info.
I hate the rubber tip stylus and love this one:

Hardly ever have to clean the screen.
