I'm having second thoughts about the 2 gallon gas can I bought today. The nozzle is a complicated thing with a butterfly valve and linkage. It didn't come with a cover to cap it off when the nozzle is inside the can... :dontknow: it does fit in the frunk.

I have a pile of coolers and only one fits in the trailer... an old Ice Cube cooler I used to use to brew beer when I first started. It's cleaned out and ready. This way I can fit the iron and ironing board in that we never use but always take.

I'm heading out as early as possible and staying at the Applecover Inn. Anyone else staying there?

I bought two MSR fuel bottles a week ago. Put some Sta-Bil in them but forgetting to put gas in them.

They look pretty sturdy, do they come in any size bigger than a 1/4 gallon?

JT, Dont' see why you'd need a gas can. Plenty of gas stations along the way. Will be in Applecover Inn, Rm 10 (I think) sometime thursday PM. See ya then.

It's 4:30AM and time to get things wrapped up here and head for Maggie Valley. If I can get rolling by 6 I'll be in good shape.

See you all there.

We just got back from the falls ride and when we pulled into the parking lot of the Applecover Inn someone recognized me but by the time we got dry clothes on he vanished.

Like your trailer. Looks like it's light and easy to tow. If you don't mind, what brand model dealer cost?
