Hello everyone,

I've put 2100 miles on my 2013 ST Limited. Completed the 600 mile maint. at the dealership. I've called them to ask when I need to have it serviced again they said at 3000 miles exactly.

The User manual says you should get service EVERY 7 500 KM (4,600 MI), I'm not sure what to do?

Any help from experienced can am spyder owners would be very much appreciated!

I would go by the manual. I'm at 1500 miles on my ST and they suggested right around 5k miles to have the oil changed. This was RPM cycles in Albemarle, NC.

3000 was the old BRP interval. They revised it to 4600 mi a few years ago

I am a very bad doobie, I just went over 7000 miles today and my second service is scheduled for Tuesday:wrong:. I really rack up the miles using this machine as my daily driver. When I called 12 days ago for an appointment I only had 5900 on it.

Just sayin'............

I'd take it in around 5,200 miles and show them the Owner's Manual. Remember they want you there to get your money as often as possible.

Go by the book on this one. You had the 600 mile service so do the next at 5200. As long as you are using their products you can go by the book. If you change to other oils filters etc you will see other time tables. You also can consider your driving condition weather solo/double up and style. Hence the choices..!!

:agree: with by the book. Some techs don't keep their minds up to date.
