Broken muffler clamp, can I ?

Hi, Went to replace the muffler, and the bolt was rusted and snapped on the clamp. Can I go to an automotive store and buy a heavy duty clamp as a temp fix, or is this not wise ? Just sucks staring at this muffler and my bike that can't go :sour::mad:...thanks!

I don't see why not:dontknow: Sometimes temporary fixes work out to be permanent fixes.....

YES providiiiiing you can find one that fits the pipe and you don'tovertighten it and distort the connection

you should be able to find the same or similar ones. Best not use the double nut U style they will crush the pipe if over tighten...good luck..:thumbup:
