Event Agenda and Details
With one month to go until the 2013 Spyder
Owner Event, we thought we'd take this opportunity to share key information with
you as you have registered for the event. First, thank you for registering and
for being a passionate Can-Am Spyder owner. BRP is very lucky to have you as an
owner, and we look forward to spending time with you in the beautiful Smoky
Mountains.
Now, for the details. Below you will see a few
things. There are links to important information. The first is a link to a PDF
copy of the welcome letter, area dealer list, European trip giveaway info and
more. This is essentially the documents you will receive in your registration
packet when you register at Maggie Valley. We wanted to get them to you
beforehand so you have a preview of what to expect.
Second is a link to a PDF presentation of the
group rides. While we are still finalizing the schedule -- it will be complete
by the start of the event -- we wanted to make sure you can see what we have in
store. As you can see, the rides are going to be awesome. Now, a lot can change
in a month (road closures, etc.), but as of right now, these are the rides. In
your registration packet, you will get maps for these rides and an area map as
well if you want to explore on your own.
We also will be holding a roadster
customization contest with both a public vote and a BRP judging panel vote.
There are two classes of entry. Let us know as soon as you can if you are
interested in entering your roadster. In fact, here

that you register before hand. By the way, when you enter, you are automatically
entered for a $500 BRP gift certificate!
We encourage you to make an appointment with
your dealer to get any needed maintenance done before traveling to the event. We
will not offer any maintenance at the event, though we will have service techs
on hand to help with any mechanical issues. Please keep in mind, the closest
dealer to Maggie Valley is an hour away.
We will have genuine BRP clothing and
accessories on sale inside the fairgrounds (as well as an official event
T-Shirt), but we will not have a vendor village. No BRP owner event has had a
vendor village, and this event is no exception. We are sure there will be
vendors in the area, but none will be inside the Maggie Valley festival
grounds.
As a little thank you for making the trip to
the event, BRP is giving away a $30 Exxon gas card for every pre-registered
roadster that shows up. Have a tank of gas on us!
