What are your thoughts on the Spyder ST shocks and no spring preload adjustment?

The combination of the new suspension geometry, revised sway bar and the spring rate they chose works very well IMHO. Compared to our '08 GS cranked up all the way with an aftermarket sway bar it has less body role but a more compliant ride. It's a huge improvement, I wouldn't jump to the conclusion you need to change a bunch of stuff until you get a few miles on the new ride. If its still not enough the RS-S Fox shock and sway bar upgrade for $399 is a hell of a deal.

I put the Fox Racing Shocks and Anti-Sway Bar Kit on my STS and I love the results... no more mushy Front end, and no more chasing the front end. Stiffened up the steering a little and takes corners like it should! I think its the best thing I've done to it yet! (had the front end aligned and the Ball Joints Installed!)

Good Ryding
