2013 LTD Standard Equipment

Can anyone tell me if the 2013 LTD comes equipped with the under mirror wind deflectors and adjustable handlebar from the factory, or are those items accessories that need to be ordered?

It has deflectors under the mirrors, but they're not the adjustable ones. (I just added them to mine, and WOW! :thumbup:)
The adjustable handlebars are also an accessory... Happy Shopping! :D
