RS vs. RSS - same sway bar?

I know that the RSS has upgraded shocks, but are there any other changes made to the suspension and steering over the standard RS? Is the sway bar the same between the two models, or is the RSS stiffer? (EDIT: Specifically, I am referring to 2013 models)

Yes, my understanding is that the 2013 rss has an upgraded bar and shocks vs. the rs. 2012 and prior rs and rss were all the same except the 2012 rss with upgraded shocks only.
