well, headed to the can am dealer this morning, with my dad giving me a ride, and i was handed the keys to my new spyder sts sm5. MAN, WHAT A RYDE!!!!6491064911i rode it home the 48 miles from the dealership, installed the side panels and rack pack, looks like that ball joint recall must've did the trick, because it tracked straight & true down the road, and cornered like it was on rails, plus on the last stretch of road i did a little "speed test", put her in 5th and hammered on it....got up to 95mph before i decided that was good enough for now.:spyder2:

You should have slipped them a few bucks NOT to put it together. Would have saved you a lot of time

Lamont are you getting SM5 or SE5? I am undecided on which one to get as I have always had SM5......but thinking maybe an SE5 this time for a change.

Breaking in your new RYDE :yes: HAMMER DOWN and go but don't forget to use COMPRESSION to slow it down:yes::yes: The rings seat best when they are worked in both ways acceleration and compression. Throttle ON gear up ~ Throttle Off gear down..... Happy RYDYING :2thumbs:
