This was a gift and I was asked to measure my wrist with a string then measure that, or a cloth measuring tape. The maker adds 1" to that for the plastic snapping closure. I fit perfectly. I finally found the site on face book and there are lots of colors. All sorts of pictures or whatever you want to put on that top charm thingy. You can also get it without a charm. These are made for the persons wrist size, so no adjusting that I see.
