2013 Spyder Roadster Front-End Issues (http://spydertechnician.blogspot.com/2013/02/2013-spyder-roadster-front-end-issues.html)

There has been a lot of discussion about front-end alignment and/or steering issues with the 2013 Spyders. We, at Pro Caliber Motorsports Longview have had 99% success aligning the one's in question. They are perfect after the alignment! However, there was one that just seemed stiff compared to all the others. BRP Tech Line guys had me perform a lot of tests and were awesome to deal with, but the issue could not be identified. At the end of last week I was told that the R&D guys had identified an issue and would be releasing a bulletin early this week. Just moments ago, that bulletin has been released.

Bulletin #2013-1 - Front Suspension Lower Arm - Ball Joint Replacement

PROBLEM
Some vehicles have been produced using front suspension lower arm ball joints with too high friction that may affect the dynamic driving performance and the customer satisfaction.

SOLUTION
Replace suspension lower arm ball joints (both sides).
