is Ethanol-Free gas safe for the Spyder?

Yes. I use nothing but 100 precent gas in my Spyders (09 GS, 10 RT-S, 11 RS-S ) and my car, truck and lawn mowers. Ethanol has alot of water in it that can cause alot of expensive repair bills. I can tell a difference in the idle and gas mileage.

Ethanol free gas is prefered. Remember that ethanol draws moisture and that's not good in any fuel tank. That's why most of us use StarTron or some other additive to counteract any ethanol in the gas. Also remember that when storing the Spyder, store it with a full tank of fuel and additive per lable instructions. Run the engine for a few minutes to make sure the additive is distributed throughout the fuel system.

Looks as if I may have to start another GPS File. This one maybe too hard to keep up with though. :banghead::banghead: :banghead:

No ethanol in the gas here.

Just checked the site for my area and I would use up all my gas just getting there and back. Wish there were more. What I can get is racing fuel at a few stations here...

I always use what BRP says to use and that is min 91 octane fuel or better when I can find it.
