Of course, the filter might pose a problem...and perhaps getting into the case... :(

You'll never evacuate all the oil out of the engine, and you still have to yank the filters,
But i know a sure fire way to drain the oil, Just remove the drain plugs on the pan and oil tank, and let gravity take it's course. :roflblack:

I have an electric version of that. It works well on boats where you can't get to the drain plug and on low slung sports cars like Mercedes where it is difficult to get underneath the engine. A spyder is so easy to drain with the plug I don't know why you would want one. And the last little bit of oil that you drain contains most of the debris that you would want to remove in any case.

I have a 5 Quart Moeller extractor I use on the Spyder Oil tank and then whats left when I Pull the plugs gets dumped into the Extractor so I know just HOW much oil I drained and ADD the same amount!!
It works Great for Quick oil changes on your Lawn mover and Snowblower also as you can effectivelty change the oil in about 10 Minutes?? Well worth the about $50 for a 5 Quart oil extractor!!!nojoke
