I am new to spyders, however my understanding is that the VSS will interfere with you being able to do this...

You can do a burnout up to about 35 mph. But if you do it in a turn, like this guy, the Nanny will shut you down. My Spanish isn't great but I believe he may be saying something about making changes to the electronics. This could be the answer, just kill the Nanny.

:agree: Wouldn't it be great to have equal rights with 2 wheelers. I know, safety first, but quite frankly a nanny kill switch is on my Christmas list.

For the question of how they did that, they did it the same way you put oversize wheels and tires on or run a Spyder on a Dyno. The wheel censors are what have to jive with each other. Not recommend :lecturef_smilie:

:agree: Put all of them on just one of the wheels and you've pulled the wool over Nanny's eyes...
Until Physics bites you on hte butt!

The vid was recorded in Jalisco (Mexico). The owner of the bike mentioned that he had replaced the fuel injection system for carburetors, new break pads, and replaced the electronics "brains".. It took him 7months.

He needed to carb the bike if he couldn't divorce the EFI from all of the computerized safety systems that he was trying to carve out of it! :dontknow:
It kind of sounds like he made a nice-looking homemade reverse trike out of a perfectly good factory model!
Wait until he sells it; some bozo lands on his head as a result and tries to sue BRP... :gaah:
