As I was viewing the Can Am website, I noticed a difference in the cost of semi-auto trans. STS--$1700, RTS $1600, RT Limited $1500. Why the difference in price$$:dontknow:

Its like Wheel of Fourtune, it costs more to buy certain letters! S is more expensive 2S in STS 1S in RTS and no S in RT! This was determined by a Gov't Sponsered scientific study using your tax dollars.

I had manual RT-S Premier Edition, but to answer the original question I'd suggest "demand".
