Bob I would not pay a penny over 1000.00 for that rt. Just from the look of it it is going to need over 10 grand in parts alone not to mention a complete paint job, another 3 grand at least. It may also have a few frame issues but that is impossible to tell from the photos. It started snowing here today and I am looking of a winter project but not that thing.

I AGREE!! In fact a $1,000.00 is probably to much.
