Posting puctures from an iPhone

Can you do it and how? I have IOS 6 and thought lamonster said we would be able to post straight from iPad or iPhone but still can't figure out how? Anybody done it yet?

All the pictures that I have posted, have been with my iPad, I haven't quite figured out how to post them with my new iMac, still practicing.
