Has anyone had a problem with a plastic gear on one of the oil pumps ? A couple weeks ago the wife and I were riding and encountered bad noises coming from the engine. Got an orange screen saying low oil. Checked oil level and it was on the full mark. We have a 2012 RT SE5 with appx. 4000 miles on it. No problems up to this point. Had it towed on a roll-back to Cowtown in Cuba Mo. After Kevin listened to it he said it sounded like an oil pump gear had failed. He knew what he was talking about, as usual.. Good tech... Good people... Now just waiting for the replacement gear to arrive. Getting anxious to get back to riding. :pray:
