Sounds like everybody likes the ST. Can't wait to see one in person.

80 lbs of Torque. And new rear end pivot. Interesting.

As Lamonster was trying to emphasize, the new suspension must ride much better than ours. For those like myself that are happy with what you have, it's probably not a good idea to go test drive a 2013.

70 extra pounds and minus 6 ponnies. I don't think it will

:agree:

That said, *if* the suspension is as refined as they say, we should be able to get better cornering out of an ST. Straightline acceleration and top speed is always welcome, but I'll never argue with improved performance in the twisties. :doorag:

Dagnabbit... now I really want to ride one. (But as the Captain said above, maybe it's a good idea NOT to ride it, seeing as there ain't nothin' I can do about it if I fall in love with the ST!).

I agree.

More torque at about 1000 rpm down the rev scale... it might just surprise an RS pilot off the line or coming out of a corner...

Same here...is the 2013 brochure on line somewhere yet? The BRP links keep taking me to the 2012 one

Slightly less peak HP but more torque where it counts. An effective trade off, especially at low end.

Great write up. Seems like BRP hit the sweet spot between and RS and RT. I wasn't interested before, now I am.

Go here to the bottom of the page and select the model; but, don't click on the link to the brochure or you end up at the 2012's:

The 360 feature works pretty good.
