I connected my IPad using the cable supplied with my RTS but Im not getting it to play thru the radio. Is there a setting I have to input in the radio to use the IPad. The IPad is set to play a playlist.

Chris Agreed. Aux would most likely play on that hookup

I'm not sure what year bike you have but mine (2010) has a stupid cable that makes an about face after passing through some block. This makes for a short cable and when I hook it up to my ipad it easily detaches itself because of movement in the rear trunk. Are all years like that?

PS.. I now mount the iPad and iPhone on the handlebars using RAM Mount.
