Not sure what this is but it looks like a leak. I checked the bolts and they were fine. Anyone else got this funk going on?

Could be a number of reasons for it....
1- If the last thing the dealer did during the pdi was wash it. Soap snot
2- You rode in the rain or went thru an ice state on the way home. Ice melt residue.
3- Critter got in and marked it's spot. Ever shot a mouse out yer xhaust?

Motors are hot run before final assembly.
Could be anything just settled there and left some dna
A base/lower cylinder leak ( just going by the pic ) will be very messy and it will NOT be white.

Let's hope for the best.

I had a coolant leak on my previous bike (Honda S1300) and when the coolant dried, it looked just like that. White residue. Keep an eye on yourn coolant level and look at that system.

I did have that overflow the other day so maybe some of it got on the motor and dried there. So far everything looks fine now that I have the cap tight. :redfaced:

Id give it a good rinse and watch for it to happen again. Ill bet it was leftovers from your overflow.

Where did you get your big wheel, I want one.

Yeah coolants possible too.
The 2 cap heads on the fasteners in the pics that are at what looks like the cylinder base, appear to possibly have surface rust starting or it could be heat discoloration.

I Just finished doing 2 radiators in my vehicles along with a some hvac plumbing, No fun and $$$$$$$.

That was at a Christmas Party years ago. A friend had it for his daughters to ride, and well, one thing led to another...LOL I think if I get a Spyder, Ill get one of these trikes ad convert it to a reverse trike and paint it like the spyder, maybe make a lil trailer to pull it on behind me in parades and such...LOL
