Because of wretched blood circulation in my legs, I need to be careful about the knee bend angles. Since I have put 100 miles on my new yellow spider, I know that this is an issue for me. In the next week or so I plan on figuring out a way to lower the footpegs 1.5 inches and perhaps move them forward just a bit. Then I will put a Russel Day Long Saddle on and plan for that to raise my butt another 1.5-2 inches with additional foam. Those changes should do the job for me. Lowering the pegs and raising the saddle works!

Working on highway pegs right now. I'll post some pics when I'm done. Hope you will do the same.

Where do you think the highway pegs would best fit? Highway pegs would make lowering the existing pegs a lower priority since I could shift leg positions from time to time. Keep me posted. I have a V-Strom 1000 parked next to the Spyder. The VStrom has lowered pegs. Would be terrific if those pegs would fit on the Spyder so that I could use an existing product and could clue others as to their availability. More later.

when I get on the highway and if I need to stretch I just kick my foot up on the side fenders/panels
Did you get any ideas fpr moving your pegs down 1 1/2 to 2 inches? I also need to move the pegs, and have not found anything that works. let me know if there is something outthere
