You might consider a good used set taken off when folks replaced them with Elka's. Check the WTS ads. I'm told that RT shocks fit RS as well.

I have a set of 2012 RT shocks on my 2010 RS, and for my ryding style I like them. If you have no trouble spending the $$ Elka's seem to be the favorite on this site. Site sponsor too.

I have a stock set of RS shocks from a 2010 (10,000 miles) that if you want them you can have. Just pay me for shipping.

Yes they will fit. From what I have read on this site do not get a set of 2010 RT shocks, as they were improved in 2011.

Just read this post after posting this. I paid $149.00 for my 2012's.

The 2010 RT shocks are a good improvement for the GS/RS. The 201/112 RT shocks are a damped a bit to much for the liking of some RS owners. Others find them to be perfect. I think you would be pleases with ether version. I like the 2010s best...although they are pitiful for the RT.

There are a lot of take-off 2010 and 2011/2012 RT shocks out there...as well as a number of the RS OEM shocks. They show up here on the "For Sale" board, or Cowtown may be able to help you snag a pair.

74k miles ???????? If you have had no complaints in 74k miles why switch now ??? You can pick up a used RS set with low miles for dirt cheap from people that have switched to RT shocks or above.
