Well, starting and ending at my house, the shortest route to all 18 covered bridges is only 1024.5 miles.

When do we start?

A buddy of mine used to do an annual 'RAG Ride', or 'Ride Around Georgia Ride'. He would ride the perimeter of the state, hitting all the border counties. I'll have to talk to him to see if he thinks it's a ride worth the time & expense.

I've also always wanted to do an east coast light house ride. Planned it several times, but never rode it.

Love those covered bridges, they are like riding through a time warp.

Found a few when I lived in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and drove into the Ohio farm country quite often.

Rides to covered bridges are great! Some years back I made it a point to ride to all the State's covered bridges on my Harley just for the record. I did so and loved every one! I have pics on my office wall of all the bridges.

I've never planned anything like this. If someone wants to plan it I'm all in.
