Thanks for sharing. Interesting article and points made. I would tend to agree with Mark. I know he had a lawsuit with the people that made the CHAD, which is why that is no longer available... so I'm assuming he won that one... perhaps using this exact part of the law.

I have a brother with around 20 patents with IBM and he has run across finding out that someone else technically invented one of his items... even though he was the first to patent it... and therefore the original inventor does end up with the patent.

This will be interesting to follow... but it sounds like a bad decision by our very unpopular Congress......

Mark and his team get my vote and many more I hope he WIN, but everyone know it will be a long hard fight ,because the corporate lawyers will keep draging there feet and wasting time,till you give up, :banghead::banghead::banghead: he'll be up again a brick wall.......
