I agree with Scotty that it will shrink with use. We built what we thought was a huge addtion on our house. I thought we were crazy when we kept expanding the measurements. Darn good thing it's as big as it is!! It filled up fast!

this one is 30X40X14 1200 square feet i know all about them shrinking my last one was 20X25 LOL

well garage is done and now it's time to move the shop went down to old shop yesterday and said man that's a lot of **** to move LMFAO
i installed 4 T5 HO lights they work great 2 56inch fans 16 quad electrical boxes with 4 plugs in each box i have a 24X24 exhaust fan going in also 50.000 BTU pellet stove and a 3ton central a/c unit LOL
