RT 2011. Rear Axle torque spec

Does anyone have the rear axle torque spec for the RT?

When adjusting the belt tension, does anyone have an approximate on how much tension is achieved by 1/4 turn of the adjusting screws?

The torque spec is 96 lbf-ft. I can't tell you how much belt tension changes at 1/4 a turn, but it is probably a lot. I wouldn't even go a flat (1/6 turn) at a time...more like half a flat.
