Frunk Power Outlet on 2008 GS Questoin

I installed the trunk AC adapter on my 2008 GS yesterday while I was installing Fog Light Kit:banghead:. There are 2 empty fuse spots, Accessory switched and accessory un-switched. Will the AC addapter only work with with the Switched fuse, could not get it to work with un-switched. Thanks in advance.

Did you connect to the unswitched harness? There are separate harnesses and connectors for the two circuits. The switched harness is normally tied near the left suspension bracket, while the unswitched one is tied in the center, near the steering or trunk latch.
