New spider blues

Just got my new spider tues when I got it I ordered a two brothers slip on. Ok I rode it the first two days with a stock pipe I thought I could here it missing but it didn't run like it was missing so today I put my pipe on today and the idle is up and down then when you take off it missses really bad.

Did you let it idle for 10-15 minutes when you installed it?:dontknow:
