Chrome and Wheels Cleaning Products Suggestions Needed.

So I've got the Spyder all cleaned except the chrome parts are not so easy to clean due to hard water spots. Is there a cleaner to make the job easier for chrome parts and wheels?
Suggestions needed.

I use Simple Green for cleaning the wheels. It works well cleaning the brake dust and grime from the wheels.
