Yeah, they are great, although I no longer need mine. But a heads up if you are using the little rubber bands, they will break on you quickly. There is a simple fix using velcro and strap it underneath. Do a search and you will find it...:yes::yes:Ride On :yes::yes:

These were dumbbell shaped rubber strips... I'll have to research this issue. Diameter of the bands... Same as a pencil

Those straps are a life saver. Sooo easy. Almost bought another just in case but they are built like a brick ****house.
