BRP transmission programe test

Hi, is there any body on the forum is testing the new ECM programe from BRP?
The test is only on RT 2011 and 2012 SE5.
The prupose of this new frimware is to change the minimum RPM upshift or downshift
I'm part of the test and i will let you know my feeling.:popcorn:

How to get involved? What exactly does it do and how do you like it?

How to get involved? My dealer ask me for the test, i don't know if all dealer are involve and it's for a short period the test have to be complete first week of June.

What exactly does it do? it change the RPM shifting range so if you were shifting you're Spyder SE5 at 2500 RPM now it's around 3500 and 3800 RPM. it's also affect the downshift, it downshift early ere

How do you like it? i have to deal with it some time i shift but noting happen

What they do? they re-programme the ECM and they do a road test of 15 Miles after they put computer on the spyder and they save data.
after i have to do a run of 100 Miles and they put the computer on the spyder and a save.

I ran it for a while and it has a little more than just rpm programing, it also has shifting based on load/torque. The idea is to give longer life to the SE clutch.
