Hubby and I took a short ride this afternoon. Decided to stop and eat before going home. My sister-in-law called to say that her garage was flooded. So, we split up. He went to help and I went home. Before we even left the parking lot, I had an amber square light come on.

I stopped and put it in neutral and the light went off. Hubby said to beat it home and pull over and call our daughter if needed.

Well, the square kept coming on and off. Got to our driveway and couldn't stand it any longer, I didn't even go home but stopped to pull out the manual. As I stood up, I could see the rest of the square. It was the top of a gas pump! :opps:

Ok, so the light didn't cover the whole pump. I turned around and went to fill it up!

At least it was a simple fix!!!!

Then I had to call hubby and "fess up".

Cheap fix if you make it to the pumps.

Thankfully the gas station is only a mile away.

And I learned that the light comes on when I have a gallon left so I have to find a station in the next 30 miles. That is handy info to have!
