I feel sorry for you guys; we have pretty much had rideable weather down here throughout the entire Winter...
The sun is getting higher in the sky every day though...

The weather people are calling for snow this afternoon and possibly tomorrow. I have a feeling we are going to get the 3.3 inches to beat our alltime record for this area of Alaska. 129.0 inches.

The insidious thing, my final 2 blocks of ice covered road and my 40ft driveway have been melting daily and I am seeing some asphalt on the road as well as gravel spots in the drive. I am conservatively guessing two more weeks or so.

I was actually looking outside the other night and saw a great opportunity to get an early season of potatoe planting. NOT SO, the next day all went for you know what, and am back to CHRISTMAS scenery...

I have been able to ryde for two weeks which is highly unusual for this time of year...the negative is I have had to kick out the Jon Deer to mow the lawn twice. The weather is changing tomorrow though...

AS MUCH AS I HATE CUTTING THE GRASS, THINK THE FIRST RYDE WILL BE WORTH IT. Temps this weekend will be zero degrees, have a 25 minute ride to work, concerned about the sandblasting from the latest snow fall, will see what happens.
