How about refreshing us about what it happening. I note in a previous post you mentioned you had no luck calling Carlo at BRP.

Doc,
I didn't realize that you had been a pedestrian for so long...
Is there any progress being made to get you back up on three??

I don't understand how you guys can be without your bikes for so long. I would be talking to my attorney after 30 days. Lemon law applies differently in different states, but over 30 days? seems like it would be a lemon!

"Patience", is a virtue that none of us can wait to acquire...
When you're trying to foster a good working relationship with a dealer you sometimes just have to bite your lower lip and walk away from a fight... :opps:
Mine and Doc's could in no way fall under any lemon law on the Planet... I wrecked mine :opps:, and he blew his up!
