RT Clutch concerns

2010 RT a/c se5 Dealer replaced clutch because it would not disingage. The new clutch chatters at low rpm noticable when unit is cold. do not notice as mutch at operating temp did not do this when new. I think its not shimmed properly. They say it ok Seemed more concerned about who was going to pay to reshim than checking the clutch pack.any ideas thanks

The new clutch is coming with a complete set of shims and the replacement is described in the instructions; important to measure the original clutch set. I'll go to second opinion service. :doorag:

Clutch replacement in a good service is a 1 1/2-2 hour job.

this clutch has less than 200miles on it . It dont feel like it did when new thats why I think they need to lick this calf over.
